“Overwatch: Homecoming” players encounter a bug that automatically buys skins when typing, but Blizzard did not refund them

According to media reports, an “Overwatch: Homecoming” player encountered an outrageous bug: he accidentally purchased a hero skin while chatting with a game friend, and Blizzard did not refund it.

The player said on the forum that on the day Overwatch: Homecoming was launched, he was chatting with friends and browsing heroes, but the game bought a hero skin by mistake. He was typing in the chat box at the time, and before he could react, the purchase was complete.
He said that this seems to be a bug, and some typing behaviors will be misidentified as the operation of the game menu. Buying a skin only requires pressing space twice, which happens in an instant when you press each sentence a dozen times.

After the latest patch update, he found that the chat bug seems to have been fixed, but the refund for his skin has not yet been received, the player reasoned that Blizzard should not issue a refund in this case.
